Archie is who you talk to. Archie does not write the bookkeeping entry or build the analysis directly. Archie’s job is judgment and direction: read the state of your whole practice, work out what needs to happen, and put the right specialist on it.

What Archie does

Holds the whole picture

Archie sees across every engagement, not one at a time, and surfaces what needs you now.

Routes the work

You give Archie an intent. Archie decides which specialist and which Runner it maps to.

Brokers your corrections

When you correct an output, Archie makes sure the lesson lands where it belongs.

Keeps context straight

Archie carries the Areas spine so nothing falls between engagements.

How to work with Archie

Brief Archie the way you would brief a sharp chief of staff. Short intent, the engagement it concerns, the standard you hold. You do not need to specify which specialist to use or how the Runner runs. That is Archie’s job. You can always ask Archie what it is about to do before it does it.

What Archie does not do

Archie does not act outside your direction on anything that reaches a client. Archie proposes, drafts, and prepares. You decide what ships. See direction and correction.
